Screen sharing – The host of a meeting can share valuable content and permit attendees to also share their screen. When creating events and you select a Zoom Webinar or Meeting as your location type, a new meeting/webinar will be created with the same name/time as your event. Bookings are handled by Events Manager when a booking is made and approved (either automatically or manually), a registration will be made to the related meeting/webinar. To collect this information, first you need to require Registration, an option found in the My Meetings tab of the Zoom web app. Then, you can set up a form that attendees must fill out before they can join the meeting. Setting up Zoom registration only works on the web, at zoom.us. It doesn't work in the Zoom app. To schedule a meeting: Browse to zoom.us and log in to your account; Go to Meetings > Schedule a meeting.

The link to the meeting will be presented on the website on November 12, the same morning as the conference. You A link to the Zoom-meeting will be sent out to registered participants.
